The classic guiding profiles are also available in flexible version.

By means of the smart direct slim line profiles the roller shutter operates within the carcase.

The screwed-on guiding is also suitable for the use in metal cabinets.

smart direct contour

The front-size smart direct contour guiding profiles are screwed on.

Clever – a cover profile hides the screw heads.

The height difference to the guiding groove can be compensated by an 8 mm thick shelf.

The guiding profile for front-size guidings made of real aluminium.

The smart direct frame guiding is available in aluminium with 2 different finishes:

• stainless steel effect (E2/ES)
• matt black anodised (E6/C35)

smart direct classic

The grooved roller shutter guiding will be guided on the backside of the cabinet.

Two different corner elements available:

• R 42 mm for roller shutters with 17 or 25 mm high slats
• Roller shutters with 40 mm high slats: special guiding corners for milling

The flexible guiding profile will be guided on the backside of the cabinet.

Thereby the roller shutter storage can be perfectly adapted to the cabinet form.

By means of special corner elements the connection is made to the guidings on the cabinet front. That way it is possible to create a surface-mounted guide rail.

The connection is suitable for the following guidings:

For the installation on an intermediate shelf.

The smart lift can be obtained in 5 different spring forces. All of them are adjustable in many ways. Thereby the smart lift is suitable for almost every cabinet dimension.

Guiding to the back of the cabinet

The smart lift consits of a forward spring unit and a rear deflection unit.

The roller shutter is connected to the spring unit by a traction rope. The spring unit keeps the roller shutter balanced at all times.

The deflection unit ensures that the traction rope can follow the roller shutter to the backside. Of course securely past the edges of the rear panel.

Worm screw guiding

If the roller shutter is guided into a worm screw, a deflection unit may be dispensed.

The smart lift spring unit is sufficient to keep the roller shutter always balanced.

smart lift expand

For vertical roller shutters with grooved-in or front-size guidings.

For the installation on the cabinet sides – no intermediate shelf needed.

The smart lift expand can be obtained in 5 different spring forces. All of them are adjustable in many ways. Thereby the smart lift is suitable for almost every cabinet dimension.
